Which device do you recommend for IPTV?

Our recommendation is to use high-class or middle-class Android boxes such as Nvidia Shield TV, Xiaomi Mi Box S, Formuler, or Amazon Fire Stick TV 4K.

I’m getting buffering / freezings frequently. Why is this happening?

First thing to do is to restart your router, device and try again. If you use a router from your internet service provider, login and make sure you disable the firewall.
If the issue still continues, you have to test the internet speed directly from your device.
Open this website: www.fast.com directly from your streaming device. The result should be 20 Mbps or higher. If your device is not getting the proper speed or your internet provider is throtlling your connection, you’ll experience buffering.

I'm getting constantly buffering / blocking during live games.

This means your internet provider is throttling or blocking your connection.
Many internet service providers in the UK, USA, Canada (sometimes from other countries too) are having this restriction and the only solution for this is to use a VPN.

Which VPN do you recommend for IPTV?

VLC freezes when I paste the m3u link. Why it’s not working?

As it’s stated on our tutorial, VLC loads very slow the full playlist and it’s unstable. You should contact us and we will remove the VOD, so you can watch Live TV without issues.

Do you provide EPG?

Yes, all our subscribers can have access to our EPG database and can watch with no extra cost.
Many applications will load our EPG automatically if you follow our tutorials. If in case you’re using an application that needs to add the EPG manually, please contact us and we will send you the unique EPG link related to your subscription.

What will happen when my subscription expire? Will it be automatic renewed?

No, we don’t renew any subscription automatically. If you wish to continue to use our service, simply order a package from our website and after the payment, we will renew your subscription, so you won’t need to do any setup again.

Can I pay with Paypal?

No, we don’t work with Paypal. Since their new terms from 16 June 2020, Paypal will not support the IPTV, so every user should be aware of that and avoid Paypal at any cost!

Do you offer free trial?

We don’t provide free trial. We provide 36 hours trial. The price is $3 and you can purchase it from our order page.

What is the channel quality?

We provide SD, HD and FHD channels. Some channels may increase or decrease the quality.

Can I watch IPTV from different locations?

Yes, you can setup your subscription line on any device and any location in the world. All you need is a stable internet connection.

Can I watch on two or more devices at the same time?

If you have subscription with one connection, you can use it for only one device at the same time. We also offer subscriptions with two connections.
